The NYCB Family of Banks Expands--Again!

On December 4, 2009, we added 66 branches in Arizona, Florida, and Ohio to our banking family through our acquisition of the deposits and certain assets of AmTrust Bank. Just 15 weeks later, our Arizona branch network grew again, with the addition of three branches of Desert Hills Bank on March 26th.

With the addition of the Desert Hills branches to our banking family, we now have 15 branches serving our customers in Arizona and have expanded our footprint into Yavapai County, with branches in Prescott and Sedona (home to Arizona's magnificent red rocks).
